What does ResiPage Pro cost?

ResiPage Pro is currently $10 per month — an introductory launch price. The regular price is $15 per month. Billing is monthly; there are no annual contracts and no hidden fees.

Early adopters who subscribe during the launch period lock in the $10/month rate as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted.

Is there a free trial?

There is no automated free trial, but ResiPage has a 14-day refund window. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a new subscription, contact support@resipage.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed by Square, which accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). ResiPage never stores your card number — only a Square customer ID is saved on our servers.

When will I be charged each month?

You are billed on the same calendar day each month as your initial sign-up. For example, if you subscribe on the 15th, your card is charged on the 15th of every subsequent month. Square sends a receipt email after each successful charge.

What is included in Pro?

Pro subscribers get everything on the platform, including:

  • All 10 web resume templates (plus the Elegant free template)
  • All 10 print templates for PDF export
  • The drag-and-drop Custom Page Builder
  • Full analytics dashboard (up to 500 view records)
  • AI Writing Assistant (powered by Claude)
  • Employer Outreach / Prospects feature
  • Unlimited customization (colors, fonts, section layouts)
  • Contact access gating and the public directory listing

Managing Your Subscription

How do I update my payment method?

Go to Dashboard → Account. In the Subscription card you will see your current card on file (last 4 digits and expiry date). Click Update Card to open a secure form where you can enter a new card. The new card replaces the previous one immediately for all future charges.

ResiPage will display an amber warning on the Account page when your card is expiring within 60 days, and a red warning once it has expired, so you always know when to update.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Dashboard → Account and click Cancel Plan in the Subscription card. A confirmation dialog will appear listing exactly what you will lose access to. Confirm to cancel immediately — no waiting period, no runaround.

Cancellation takes effect immediately: your account is downgraded to the Free plan the moment you confirm. You are not charged again.

What happens to my resume and data when I cancel?

Your resume content is never deleted when you cancel. All of your work experience, education, skills, portfolio items, uploaded photos, and settings are kept intact. What changes:

  • Your active template is reset to Elegant (the free template)
  • Pro-only features (extra templates, PDF, analytics, AI assistant, custom builder, prospects) become locked
  • Your public page stays live on the Elegant template

If you re-subscribe later, all your Pro settings, overrides, and custom builder layout are restored exactly as you left them.

Can I re-upgrade after cancelling?

Yes, at any time. Go to Account and click Upgrade to Pro, or click the upgrade prompt on any locked feature page. Complete the payment form and your account is upgraded instantly.

If you cancelled and re-subscribe before your data is purged (30 days), all of your content and settings are right where you left them.

Refunds & Disputes

Can I get a refund?

If you are within the first 14 days of a new subscription, yes — contact support@resipage.com and we will refund the charge in full. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable per our Terms of Service, but you can cancel to stop future charges immediately.

I was charged unexpectedly — what should I do?

First, check the email address associated with your account for a receipt from Square. If you believe the charge was in error, email support@resipage.com with the date and amount and we will investigate promptly.

Will I lose my ResiPath if I cancel?

Your ResiPath is tied to your account, not your subscription status. As long as your account exists, the path is reserved for you — even if you are on the Free plan or have cancelled. ResiPaths are only released when an account is permanently deleted or after the 30-day data retention window following cancellation.
