Dashboard Overview
A quick tour of every page in the ResiPage member dashboard — what each section does and where to find it.
After you log in you land on your ResiPage dashboard — the control centre for everything on your account. Here is a quick guide to every section in the sidebar.
Sidebar Navigation
The left sidebar is your main navigation. Every link goes to a dedicated editing page. The order roughly follows the structure of a resume:
- Dashboard — the home page. Shows your resume analytics (Pro), a quick actions panel, and a profile completion checklist.
- Profile — your name, photo, job title, bio, phone, city, and social links. This is the data that appears in your resume header.
- Experience — work history entries. Add as many jobs as you need; drag to reorder.
- Education — schools, degrees, and field of study.
- Languages — languages you speak with proficiency levels.
- Certifications — professional certificates and credentials.
- Portfolio — project cards with images, links, and tags. Great for creatives and developers.
- References — professional references (shown or hidden per-template).
- Theme — choose a template or switch to the Custom Page Builder.
- PDF — export a print-ready PDF, choose a print template, and fine-tune print colors and fonts. Pro only.
- Share — generate shareable image cards in several sizes and formats for LinkedIn, email signatures, and print.
- Messages — an inbox for messages sent through the "Get in Touch" form on your public page. Unread messages show a green badge.
- Contacts — approve or deny contact access requests from people who want to see your phone number and email.
- Prospects — compose and send targeted outreach emails to recruiters or hiring managers. Track opens and receive replies. Pro only.
- Account — change your password, manage your subscription, update privacy settings, and delete your account.
Top Bar
Across the top of every dashboard page you will see:
- View Live — opens your public ResiPage in a new tab so you can see exactly how it looks to visitors.
- Live / Offline toggle — the green dot means your page is publicly accessible. Click to take it offline without losing any content. When offline, visitors see a placeholder page.
Content Sections vs. Display
The sidebar sections (Experience, Education, Skills, etc.) are where you manage your content. The Theme page controls how that content is displayed. Changes you make to content appear on every template and in the Custom Builder automatically — you never have to re-enter data when you switch templates.
Pro vs Free Features
Some dashboard pages are available on the Free plan and some require Pro ($10/month launch price):
- Free — Profile, Experience, Education, Languages, Certifications, Portfolio, References, Theme (Elegant template only), Share, Messages, Contacts, Account.
- Pro — Dashboard analytics, all 10 templates, Custom Page Builder, PDF export, Prospects, and the AI Writing Assistant.
Pages that require Pro show an upgrade prompt if you are on the Free plan. You can upgrade at any time from Dashboard → Account.
